1、 Features and main uses:

Tianrun TR-898MMA is an unsaturated polyester resin (modified) synthesized from phthalic anhydride, standard diol, and neopentyl glycol as the main raw materials, which has been dissolved in styrene and methyl ester. It has medium viscosity and high reactivity, excellent mechanical properties, and high thermal deformation temperature. Especially suitable for imitation granite/marble products, with excellent strength, toughness, and water resistance.

2、 Technical specifications of liquid resin (25 ℃):

Note: In a 25 ℃ water bath, add 1ml of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide solution and 1ml of colorless accelerator T-8A solution to 100g of resin

3、 Physical properties of the casting body (for reference only):

Note: 

(1) The casting method shall be executed according to GB/T8237-2005; Temperature 25 ℃, curing system: accelerator RCA 1.0%, curing agent M-50 1.5%.

(2) Post casting curing treatment: room temperature × 24 hours+60 ℃ × 3 hours+80 ℃ × 2 hours;

4、 Precautions:

1. Before use, please stir evenly in the packaging bucket, or pour out all the resin in the packaging bucket and stir evenly before use.

2. During transportation, it should comply with Chapter 5 of the State Council's "Regulations on the Safety Management of Chemical Dangerous Goods" regarding the transportation and loading and unloading of chemical dangerous goods. The product should be stored in a cool place below 25 ℃, avoiding ignition and isolating heat sources. The shelf life for storage below 25 ℃ is 3 months.
